ShipHerald is provided as-is. These terms are short on purpose.

Who you are contracting with

ShipHerald is operated by NexAI Tech, a sole proprietorship registered in India. “We” and “us” below mean NexAI Tech.

Your content is yours

You keep all rights to the brands, files, and copy you put into ShipHerald, and to everything it generates for you. We claim no ownership over any of it.

What you are responsible for

• Only point ShipHerald at websites you own or are permitted to analyse. That applies to the free check on our home page too, where no account is involved.
• Review what ShipHerald writes before it goes out. It produces drafts, not decisions, and it can be wrong.
• Following the terms of any social platform you connect. ShipHerald posts as you.

Publishing

Live posting is off by default and cannot be enabled without both a deployment that allows it and an explicit confirmation from you. Once on, approved posts can reach the accounts you connected. You can turn it off at any time and it takes effect immediately.

Advertising and spend

ShipHerald can read your ad accounts freely, and reporting on them costs nothing. Creating a campaign is different. Every campaign we create starts paused, and starting one requires you to confirm the amount, the currency and your name - which is recorded. We check that the currency matches the account being billed and refuse if it does not.

The money is still yours and the platform still bills you directly. You are responsible for what you approve, and for anything a platform charges under it. We do not handle, hold or refund ad spend.

Paying for ShipHerald

The launch beta is free, including publishing through available connections. Paid checkout is not open yet. Pro is planned at ₹999 a month, excluding tax. We will show the price and terms before you choose to subscribe through Razorpay. The beta does not turn into a paid subscription automatically.

When paid subscriptions open, you can stop renewal in Account, under Plan and billing. You keep access through the period you have paid for. We do not refund part of a month. What ShipHerald wrote stays yours and stays readable, whether you are paying or not.

Availability

ShipHerald is early software. There is no uptime commitment, features may change, and you should keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Ending it

You can stop using ShipHerald at any time and have your data deleted. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other users at risk.
