Delete your data

Check a confirmation code
If a platform gave you a confirmation code for a ShipHerald deletion request, enter it here to see exactly what was removed.
Disconnecting an account
Every connected account can be removed from inside ShipHerald at any time, under Channels. Disconnecting deletes the stored access token and the account details we received from the platform, immediately and permanently. Nothing further is published through it.
Removing your ShipHerald account entirely
Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your workspace. We remove your brands, drafts, uploaded files, generated images and connected accounts within 30 days, and confirm by reply when it is done.
If you connected Facebook or Instagram
You can also start this from Meta rather than from us. In Facebook, open Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select ShipHerald, and choose to remove it. Meta then notifies ShipHerald automatically, and we delete the access tokens and the Page and Instagram account details they described, without any further action from you.
Meta sends us a confirmation code when that happens. Entering it above will tell you exactly what was removed.
What deletion covers
Removing a connection deletes everything the platform gave us: the access token, the account identifiers, the account name, and any post identifiers or metrics we read back from it.
It does not delete the posts you wrote in ShipHerald, or the brands and strategy behind them. That work is yours rather than the platform's, and deleting a connection is not a request to throw it away. If you want that removed too, ask us to delete your workspace using the email above and we will remove all of it.
Posts that were already published to a social network stay on that network. We can no longer reach them once the connection is gone, so those have to be deleted on the platform itself.
